The Mercury Database was developed by MASCO with help from The Massachusetts Office of Technical Assistance for Toxics Use Reduction and
MASCO will ensure free public access to the database. In the event that MASCO terminates its ownership or control of the database, or ceases to operate the database, MASCO shall guarantee that the Commonwealth shall have the ability, right, and access to the database to continue free public access.
